Au revoir Paris. Je t’aime.
I spent the day travelling. From Paris to Tours by train and then from Tours to Loches by bus. I was surprised when I saw we were to load and unload our own luggage under the bus. Took me a while to figure out how to open the compartment.
Yesterday I heard about an area called Il de Re and this morning the woman sitting next to me at the Montparnasse train station will be selling real estate there in July and August this year. Also, the man sitting on my other side has been to Prince Rupert and stayed at Nimmo Bay – twice! What a tiny world.
My apartment is small and almost spartan but it will do fine provided I can get the internet to work. I went for a walk in the neighbourhood and have two pain chocolat in house for breakfast tomorrow.
Here’s a picture of the view from my apartment.

That thing in the foreground that looks like an airplane wing is actually a roof.
Tomorrow is market day!
Love to you all. Be happy.

Really enjoying travelling with you via words and great photos
I am adventuring along with you!!!!!!!!!! Hanging on every word!
